2. Backup Schedule and Retention
Our automated systems operate on the following schedule:
- Daily Backups: Retained for the last 7 days.
- Weekly Backups: Retained for the last 4 weeks.
- Monthly Backups: Retained for the last 2 months.
3. Secure Off-Site Storage
All backups are securely transferred and stored on enterprise-grade, geographically isolated off-site storage servers. This ensures your data remains safe even in the event of a catastrophic hardware failure at the primary data center.
4. Self-Service Restoration
You have full control over your backups. Through your cPanel control panel (JetBackup or standard cPanel Backups), you can instantly restore specific files, databases, cron jobs, or your entire account with just a few clicks.
5. Client Responsibilities and Disclaimer
While we invest heavily in redundant backup infrastructure, no backup system is entirely infallible. We strongly recommend that clients maintain their own local copies of critical data. Our company cannot be held liable for any data loss, corruption, or the inability to restore data from our automated systems.
