2. Non-Refundable Services
Due to the nature of certain digital assets and licenses, the following services are strictly non-refundable:
- Domain Name Registrations, Transfers, and Renewals.
- SSL Certificates.
- Software Licenses (e.g., cPanel, LiteSpeed, CloudLinux).
- Dedicated IP Addresses.
- VPS and Dedicated Server setups (unless hardware failure occurs).
3. Service Renewals
Refunds do not apply to service renewals. It is the customer's responsibility to cancel services prior to the generation of a renewal invoice.
4. Chargebacks and Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider without first contacting our support team is a violation of our Terms of Service. It will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your account and all associated services.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please log into your Client Area and submit a cancellation request, followed by a billing support ticket. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
