Our company provides web hosting, domain registration, virtual private servers (VPS), and related digital services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with prior notice.
3. Account Registration & Security
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to our support team immediately.
4. Payment and Billing
All services are billed on a recurring basis as selected during checkout. Invoices are generated prior to the due date. Failure to pay by the due date will result in service suspension. Accounts overdue by 14 days may be permanently terminated and data purged.
5. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Our services may only be used for lawful purposes. You strictly agree not to use our servers for:
- Hosting malware, phishing sites, or engaging in illegal activities.
- Sending unsolicited bulk email (SPAM).
- Conducting DDoS attacks or network abuse.
Violation of the AUP will result in immediate termination without a refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall our company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption, arising out of the use or inability to use our services.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
